If you find defects with your printed projects, we must be notified within 7 days of completion or delivery. Please submit your request through our refunds & reprint form found here
Please supply detailed information and include photos on the area of concern.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@redleafprintshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis. Orders damaged or delayed in shipping are the responsibility of the courier and may take several days to resolve as we work with the courier to resolve the issue. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
